3 cups chicken broth
1  can creamed corn
200 grams crabmeat – surimi/imitation crab will do, sliced thinly
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp. water
green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Naruto kamaboko slices

How to:

1. In a large saucepan, bring corn and broth to a boil.

2. Add crabmeat and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Stir in beaten egg and mix slowly.

4. Add in cornstarch mixture, 1/2 chopped scallions. Simmer 5 more minutes.

Serve in bowls and top with naruto kamaboko slices and additional green onions. You can also add in noodles.
