Ingredients:
Β Β4 portions of salmon fillet or steak
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 cup orange juice
orange slices for garnish
salt and pepper.
How to:
Season steaks with salt and pepper and let stand for a few minutes for them to sink in.
In a bowl, combine 1 1/2 tablespoons of rosemary and 1/2 cup orange juice.
Marinate steaks in the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes. In a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat, cook the salmon, turning once.
Put salmon steaks to a serving plate and cover with foil. Add the remaining juice and rosemary and let cook down for 1 to 2 minutes until thickened.
Pour the sauce over the fish and garnish with orange slices.
