A simple dish for a tasty fish. I haven’t come around the exact measurements but it works always.
Ingredients
salmon fillets
lemon juice
sour cream
salt
dash pepper
some lemon zest
dried dill
Procedure:
1. Season fillets with salt and pepper and lemon. Place in baking dish.
2. Bake for about 15 minutes @180°C. While waiting, combine lemon zest, sour cream and dill.
3. Remove the dish from the oven and pour sour cream mix over fillets. Bake again for about 5 minutes or until the creamy sauce bubbles.
4. Serve with boiled potatoes and salad.
