Dalgona Coffee
Whipped Coffee, best caffeine fix on summer days.

- 1 Tbsp instant coffee
- 1 Tbsp sugar (I used erithrytol)
- 1 Tbsp hot water
- 1 Cup milk - warm or cold (I haven't tried this with almond milk or lactose-free milk, but try to use your preferred milk)
Mix instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a mixing bowl.
Using a handheld mixer or milk frother, whisk it on high speed until it forms a stiff peak. This may take 2-4 minutes.
Pour milk in a glass, make sure there's enough space for the coffee mixture.
Top your glass of milk with the frothy coffee mixture, enjoy!
