Dalgona Coffee

Whipped Coffee, best caffeine fix on summer days.

Equipment

  • Mixer - handheld mixer or milk frother would do

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp instant coffee
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (I used erithrytol)
  • 1 Tbsp hot water
  • 1 Cup milk - warm or cold (I haven't tried this with almond milk or lactose-free milk, but try to use your preferred milk)

Instructions
 

  • Mix instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a mixing bowl.
  • Using a handheld mixer or milk frother, whisk it on high speed until it forms a stiff peak. This may take 2-4 minutes.
  • Pour milk in a glass, make sure there's enough space for the coffee mixture.
  • Top your glass of milk with the frothy coffee mixture, enjoy!
