Strawberry Smoothie

fruit smoothie
I’m a health buff, or I claim to be so I try to eat as much fruit and yogurt when I can. If I’m up to it, I combine  them, as smoothie! The kids love this too!
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries
1 cup plain or fruit yogurt
1/2 cup fruit juice
1 banana
about 4 ice cubes

1. Wash strawberries and remove leaves, Slice thinly.
2. Peel off banana skin and slice flesh thinly as well.
3.Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process on high until the ice is completely crushed and the drink is smooth and creamy.
4. Pour on glass and top with fresh strawberries and some whipped cream too. Enjoy!

Note: I sometimes use frozen banana instead of ice. Banana blends well with the flavor of strawberry. You can also freeze your glass before putting in the smoothie.
